Cerakote high temperature coatings are vastly superior to high temperature silicone and aluminium ceramic coatings. As extreme temperatures are reached, the Cerakote high temperature coating will flux. This fluxing takes the nature of the unique ceramic backbone found in the Cerakote high temperature coatings and makes it harder, chemical resistant and more abrasion resistant. This varies greatly from that of most silicone coatings, which generally chalk and lose adhesion at constant extreme temperatures.

All our high temperature coatings are stable up to 1100°C and are available in visually appealing colours. These coatings are not only attractive, they also increase performance and horsepower by increasing gas velocity during the exhaust cycle. Our coatings have shown to lower radiant temperature between 200°C - 300°C.
